I’ve seen vast improvements in my sons throwing mechanics in both baseball and football since using the Stride Guide. I used to tell him all the time “step towards your target” while watching him throw the ball all over the place and yell back “I did!” Lol. Now, with the stride guide on the ground, he can look down at his feet and get immediate feedback on where/how he stepped. He makes corrections on his own and sees the results when he steps properly. I recently purchased the Stride Guide for my sons. I’ve been working with them on stepping towards their target. I told them that stepping away from the target and throwing off their back foot will not have the same accuracy and speed on the ball as stepping into the throw. Then I found the Stride Guide. The results have been great. All they have to do is keep their feet on the guide. They can look down and know if they stepped correctly or not. Thanks for the product and I am looking forward to my boys throwing harder and more accurately.
